Most frequent questions and answers

Currently we are not shipping abroad but we are negotiating with local postal service to ship abroad. Soon our shipping options and policy will be published on our website.

To receive information concerning the sale of Michel&Amazonka products, we recommend that you contact the Sales Manager at contact@michelamazonka.com.

Once our new collection is introduced to the public via our website and social media and we display them in our flagship store for the first 3 days and afterwards distributed to branch stores in Shangri-La mall and Zaisan Square Mall.

You can contact through mobile phones on the website or by email and make an appointment with the designer. The designer will greet you at the Michel&Amazonka customer center near the State Department Store to discuss about your preferences. Once you decide on your designs and color, our team will receive your order and confirm with payment. Can I order from previous order?

You can order some of our previous designs. But, please note the few of our designs are made one and only therefore they cannot be reproduced. You can always discuss about previous orders with designers and they will guide you to make the right choice. 

We limit some designs as one and only for the Mongolian market but the same designs can be reproduced for international market.

In case you would like to have a gift packaging for the purchased item please inform us before hand and we will provide a gift box and a complimentary personalized gift card with your order.

You can pay in cash or by card at the stores in Mongolia. If you are purchasing from abroad then you can use your bank card for transactions .

Currently we are offering 5 percent discount if you purchasing with Glamour credit card by Khan Bank. Discounts and promotions will be published on our website accordingly.

Of you are residing outside Mongolia and wish to purchase our product it might be an easy option if you can ask for assistance from your family, friends and relatives who are travelling to your destination to bring them for you.

If this option is not available we will opt to send it through the Central post office service, and please note the shipment fee will apply in addition to the ordered item.

For Michel&Amazonka orders, products may be returned by within 48 hours of purchase. Products must be returned in its original condition, with tag intact. Merchandise that has been altered is not returnable.

To apply for a position or an internship, please check openings at CAREER and apply online. Your application will be processed by the Human Resources Manager. If there is an opportunity in which your qualifications meet our needs, we will contact you. We regret that we are unable to respond to all inquiries. 

The process of making depends on the type of design and the complexity. Usually average order will be ready in 2 weeks but due to high season your order might take up to 2 months. Once we high orders and we cannot manage to make in two months we close our orders temporarily. Notification is posted on our Facebook page or Instagram.
